CB Immigration focuses exclusively on affirmative immigration matters — petitions and applications filed proactively with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This includes family-based petitions, employment and business visas, green cards, naturalization, affirmative asylum, and related filings.

We do not represent clients in:

Removal (deportation) proceedings before an Immigration Judge
Defensive asylum claims raised as a defense in immigration court
Bond hearings or appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals arising from removal proceedings
Any other immigration court litigation
