How Our Fees Work
We want you to know what a consultation with an immigration lawyer costs before you pick up the phone, not after. Here is the whole structure.
1. Your intake call is free
A short call with our intake team to understand your situation and confirm we are the right fit. There is no charge for it, and no obligation to go further.
2. A consultation with the attorney is a flat $125
That is the full cost of sitting down with the attorney, in the office or virtually, to talk through your options and your likely path forward. It is credited toward your retainer if you hire the firm. It is not refundable if you decide not to move forward, since it covers the attorney’s time reviewing your case.
3. Case fees are flat and quoted before any work begins
If you hire us, your fee is a flat amount quoted before you commit, so you know the cost of your matter up front. No hourly billing and no surprises partway through.
USCIS filing fees are separate from attorney fees and are paid directly to USCIS. We will confirm the current government fee for your form during your consultation.

Is the $125 consultation fee refundable?
It's credited toward your retainer if you hire us. It is not refundable if you decide not to move forward, since it covers the attorney's time reviewing your case.
How long does my case typically take?
It depends heavily on the category. As current examples: a marriage-based green card commonly runs 12–24 months, a fiancé(e) visa around 10–15 months, and naturalization roughly 6–14 months — all based on current USCIS data, which changes often. We'll give you a specific estimate for your case.
