IMMIGRANT VISA

What is an Immigrant Visa?

Immigrant visas are visas issued to individuals who intend to immigrate to the United States and become lawful permanent residents (LPRs), commonly known as green card holders. Unlike non-immigrant visas, which are temporary and for specific purposes, immigrant visas are intended for individuals who plan to live and work permanently in the United States.
